Above and beyond service
This was my first visit to this dealership to check out an issue on my 2017 Jaguar XF. Kari McManus and Alan Chung promptly responded to my need and after trying to fix the problem, set up an appointment the next day and even provided me with a loaner vehicle. Both Kari and Alan were very welcoming and helpful. Kari even gave me a tour of the premises. My first response was WOW. This is the most beautiful and spacious showroom I have seen in Calgary and I have seen many.
My family have owned both Jaguar and Land Rover and we are very happy with their products. To top it all, the owner took the time to call me and find out how my experience was. This is service above and beyond and absolutely warrants a five star rating.
